Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of mise en place for the kitchen production
  • To be able to prepare sandwiches & Platters during lunch time
  • Familiar with kitchen hygiene practices and food safety
  • Assist the Chef in Charge in the preparation of daily requisition
  • Maintain Cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations, equipment and storage areas
  • Is able to read kitchen slips (orders)

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie-Hot Section.
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and hygiene practices.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills

Job Locations: Cafe Des Lettres (inside the French embassy)

Working Schedule: 6 days per week - 9 hours shift (maximum till 7 pm)
