Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibility- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the Chef de Partie.

Ensure that food quality, presentation, and portion control are maintained at all times.

Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent food contamination and wastage.

Help in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils in good working condition.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements- Proven experience working as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen. Solid understanding of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
