Deputy Project Manager MEETHAQ MANPOWER L.L.C

Supports project delivery, site coordination, planning, and team management.

• Assists the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for retrofit activities

• Coordinates daily site operations across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines

• Monitors project progress against schedule and reports updates, delays, or risks to the Project Manager

• Supervises engineers, supervisors, & subcontractors to ensure work complies with specifications & safety standards

• Reviews method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions for approval

• Ensures all retrofit work comply with GECO HSE policies and UAE regulatory requirements

• Coordinates with clients, consultants, and authorities for inspections, approvals, and site meetings

• Manages material procurement and ensures timely availability of resources

• Tracks project costs and support cost control initiatives

• Prepares progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation

• Resolves technical and site issues in coordination with the engineering team

• Ensure quality standards are maintained through regular inspections and audits

• Supports the Project Manager in contract administration and variation management

• Leads site coordination meetings and ensures effective communication among all stakeholders

• Assists in project close-out activities, including handover documentation and snagging resolution

• Takes over Project Manager responsibilities during their absence
