Leads overall project with full responsibility for delivery, budget, and client management.

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for all retrofit activities

• Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements

• Allocates resources effectively across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines

• Monitors project progress against baseline schedule and take corrective actions as needed

• Manages project risks, issues, and changes through formal change control processes

• Ensures all retrofit works comply with approved designs, specifications, and method statements

• Leads and supervises project team: site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

• Conducts regular project meetings to review progress and address challenges

• Serves as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities

• Manages client expectations and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction

• Resolves technical and contractual issues in coordination with stakeholders

• Ensures full implementation of GECO HSE policies and safety protocols

• Promotes safety-first culture and ensures compliance with UAE safety regulations

• Oversees quality control processes to ensure work meets project specifications

• Manages contract administration, including variations, claims, and extensions

• Tracks project costs and ensure financial performance meets budget targets

• Reviews and approves subcontractor payments and purchase orders

• Prepares and submits progress reports, financial forecasts, and project updates

• Maintains comprehensive project documentation: contracts, drawings, and reports

• Ensures proper handover and project close-out documentation is completed
