Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for microservices (Python / Go / Java / Kotlin / TypeScript) and Unity applications

  • Implement pipeline templates and reusable workflows to minimize pipeline duplication across repos
  • Integrate security into delivery (SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, secret scanning, SBOM generation).
  • Improve build performance (caching, parallelization)
  • Improve release automation (versioning, approvals, migrations, feature flags, release notes)
  • Partner with engineers to improve developer experience (local dev parity, preview environments, PR checks, AI-driven workflows)
  • Build observability around pipelines and deployments (metrics, logs, alerts, dashboards)
  • Support incident response for deployment and release issues
  • Continuously evaluate tools and practices to keep our delivery stack modern and cost-effective

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years in DevEx, DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with scripting and automation (Bash plus one of Node, Go, or Python)
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Strong debugging skills across CI logs, build systems, and runtime environments
  • Strong knowledge of containers (Docker)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), including IAM and networking
  • Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform preferred)
