Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key missions

  1. Strategic management of the Programme:
    • Supervise the roadmap of cloud projects (channels + cross-functional projects).
    • Monitor budget, risk and overall performance indicators.
  2. Governance & Animation:
    • Organize and lead the project committees:
      • Steering Committee (with sponsors and sector managers).
      • Operational Committees (with technical teams from the sectors).
    • Manage the internal/external communication of the program.
  3. Development of Skills:
    • Define with Human Resources the cloud training strategy for employees.
    • Support the team certification process.
  4. Impetus for initiatives:
    • Organize key events (Hackathons, Immersion Days, etc.).
    • Play a role as a strategic advisor to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Profile

  • Mandatory certification:
    • PMP or Prince2.
  • Essential experience:
    • Management of complex cloud programs (multi-projects).
    • Operational knowledge of cloud issues (IaaS/PaaS, migrations, security).
  • Key Skills:
    • Handling of governance tools (budget monitoring, risk management, reporting).
    • Expertise in system management (technical, business, management).
  • Soft Skills :
    • Leadership to federate multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellence in communication (executive presentations, mediation).
