Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the payments ecosystem, including processors, gateways, and fintech companies, to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for complex payment solutions, from initial prospecting and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategies, to capitalize on emerging opportunities and trends in the payments landscape.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, target segments, and product enhancements that align with the company's strategic objectives and customer needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the payments industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.

  • Deep understanding of payment processing, acquiring, issuing, and related technologies, indicating specialized knowledge.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, highlighting exceptional interpersonal skills.
