Director - Finance Transformation & Corporate Governance Zonk Technology Services Company

•Lead the design and transformation of finance and related functions to enhance operational efficiency, governance, and strategic alignment across the organization.

•Implement corporate governance frameworks, embedding transparency, accountability, and best-in-class controls across departments.

•Oversee the implementation and integration of Oracle ERP, ensuring system integration & alignment with financial reporting, departmental governance frameworks, operational workflows and existing engineering, field service & internal process software systems.

•Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director, and Engineering & Ops Director driving data-driven decision-making through insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling.

•Drive modernization of financial management processes, including reporting, compliance, and internal control systems, to ensure agility and accuracy in business operations.

•Collaborate with audit, risk, and compliance teams to reinforce financial integrity and strengthen oversight mechanisms across the business.

•Champion a culture of transformation and capability building, mentoring finance sales administration & HR department leaders and teams to embrace innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

•Contribute to enterprise-wide strategy, supporting initiatives in capital efficiency, organizational redesign, and long-term value creation.
