Our company Saphira International Agency private limited is looking for an experienced manager, future director with knowledge of HR, a team member who wants to have a real impact on people and business. What will your role be:

– You will be the main HR partner for business units, leaders and a natural part of local management in India.

– Together with the management, you will set where the company should move in the field of HR and at the same time ensure that everything is in accordance with the law in all areas.

– You will have managers and employees under your thumb, whom you will help with organization, training so that things work efficiently and fairly.

– You will analyze employee performance

– You will complete free training and obtain an RA license.

– Together with the management, you will solve development, education, remuneration of employees so that it makes sense for the business but also for people

– You will become a support in difficult situations

– labor law issues, disciplinary cases, complaints or conflicts in teams.

– You will actively participate in ensuring that people at Saphira International Agency private limited work well and have a reason to be engaged.

You will not be responsible for accounting and whole financial management. You will be responsible only for whole HR deparment, recruiting process. You will have a maximum of 10 employees under you. We are a small company in India, but we think big.

– Increase in basic salary after Trial period

– Applicant requirements Minimum 5 years of HR experience .

Candidate must be a graduate or hold a 2-year diploma. International certifications are a big plus not requested.
