Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Enterprise Capability Transformation

Engage with CXOs, PMO Heads, and CHROs to help organizations strengthen:

  • Project and program governance

  • Delivery management maturity

  • Leadership capability frameworks

  • Enterprise operating models

Solutions may include consulting, capability programs, and structured interventions.

  1. Corporate Learning & Certification Programs

Drive adoption of enterprise capability programs including:

  • PMP

  • PRINCE2

  • PRINCE2 Agile

  • Agile & Scrum frameworks

  • AI / Generative AI capability programs

  • Digital transformation leadership programs

These are positioned as organizational capability frameworks, not just certifications.

  1. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

Develop growth through:

  • LinkedIn strategic outreach

  • enterprise partnerships

  • institutional collaborations

  • professional communities

  • leadership forums and industry platforms

The role is expected to create a predictable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior decision makers

  • Identify high-impact transformation opportunities in organizations

  • Lead consultative discussions with enterprise stakeholders

  • Convert opportunities into structured consulting and capability engagements

  • Build long-term client partnerships

Ideal Candidate

The ideal person is someone who:

  • Thinks like a consultant, not a salesperson

  • Can engage with senior leaders confidently

  • Understands enterprise capability development

  • Has experience selling consulting, enterprise learning, or technology solutions

Preferred background:

  • Management consulting
