Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Designing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, student motivation systems, and application development.
Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and consistently achieving outcomes.
Integrating data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
Ensuring strategic coherence through structured planning, iterative feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on learning objectives.
Serving as the principal external representative of 2 Hour Learning, delivering keynote presentations and engaging with Ministries of Education to influence global perspectives on education.
Desired Candidate Profile
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders
