Roles & Responsibilities

To define and implement the industrial development strategy for the company's pharmaceutical projects
Supervise technical, economic and regulatory feasibility studies.
Engineering & Design: Analyze capacity requirements and manage the drafting of technical specifications (URS - User Requirement Specifications) for infrastructure and equipment.
Multi-project management: Supervise several construction or extension sites simultaneously, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and deadlines.
Managing investment budgets, schedules and industrial risks
Pharmaceutical Compliance: Ensure that the design of the premises (cleanrooms, material/personnel flows) and the choice of equipment strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the regulatory standards in force as specified in the specifications.
Delivery Management: Ensure the coordination of third-party companies (design offices, implementation offices), supervise the Qualification/Validation phases (IQ, OQ, PQ) up to industrial commissioning and handover to production teams.
Represent the company to industrial partners, authorities and institutions.

Technical expertise : Engineer by training or Doctor of Industrial Pharmacy (Bac+ 5 minimum), you have solid experience in managing pharmaceutical plant construction projects, industrialization and technology transfer (5-10 years minimum).
Operational mastery : Ability to demonstrate significant budgets and navigate between technical, financial and regulatory requirements.
Key skills : Expertise in process engineering, in-depth knowledge of cleanroom environments and cross-contamination constraints.
Leadership: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and negotiate with international suppliers.
Mastery of project management software and ERP.
