Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and execute long-term M&A strategies aligned with the Group s corporate priorities and growth objectives.
Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.
Oversee due diligence, valuation, and post-deal integration to ensure disciplined execution and value creation.
Build and manage relationships with investment advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Drive continuous improvement of M&A processes, governance, and performance tracking frameworks.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with 10 15 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or strategy, with a proven record of leading high-value transactions and managing cross-functional teams. Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities are essential.
