Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Placing people at the heart of the customer experience. The Talent & Culture Director is responsible for the well-being, motivation and engagement of employees, who are the primary ambassadors of the service excellence inherent to luxury hotels.
HR strategy:
Define and implement HR policy in line with the company's strategy
Managing transformation projects (digital, organizational, etc.)
Participate in management bodies
Corporate culture and hospitality:
To embody and disseminate the values of the institution
To develop a service mindset and an impeccable customer culture at all levels
To unite teams around a shared culture focused on luxury and hospitality
Social dialogue and a climate of trust:
Promote open and transparent communication
Strengthening team cohesion and a sense of belonging
Preventing and managing conflicts with kindness and fairness
Human development and training:
Identifying potential, supporting career paths and promoting internal mobility
Designing customized training programs (soft skills, languages, leadership, hotel standards)
Building multicultural teams, excellence and personalized service
Social management and compliance:
Oversee HR administrative management (contracts, payroll, legal obligations)
Facilitating social dialogue with professionalism and discretion
Ensuring compliance with labor law standards and industry standards
Quality of work life and engagement:
To ensure a healthy, respectful and rewarding work environment
to listen to employees, to establish a relationship of trust and openness
Implement recognition, loyalty, and motivation initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac +5) in human resources, labor law or hotel management
- Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Human Resources Director, including at least 3 years in the luxury hotel industry.
- My mastery of English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Persuasion skills and proactive approach
- Leadership and emotional intelligence skills
- Sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Positive orientation & openness to cultures
- Knowledge of the hotel industry or similar luxury activities
