Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Placing people at the heart of the customer experience. The Talent & Culture Director is responsible for the well-being, motivation and engagement of employees, who are the primary ambassadors of the service excellence inherent to luxury hotels.

HR strategy:

  • Define and implement HR policy in line with the company's strategy

  • Managing transformation projects (digital, organizational, etc.)

  • Participate in management bodies

Corporate culture and hospitality:

  • To embody and disseminate the values ​​of the institution

  • To develop a service mindset and an impeccable customer culture at all levels

  • To unite teams around a shared culture focused on luxury and hospitality

Social dialogue and a climate of trust:

  • Promote open and transparent communication

  • Strengthening team cohesion and a sense of belonging

  • Preventing and managing conflicts with kindness and fairness

Human development and training:

  • Identifying potential, supporting career paths and promoting internal mobility

  • Designing customized training programs (soft skills, languages, leadership, hotel standards)

  • Building multicultural teams, excellence and personalized service

Social management and compliance:

  • Oversee HR administrative management (contracts, payroll, legal obligations)

  • Facilitating social dialogue with professionalism and discretion

  • Ensuring compliance with labor law standards and industry standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac +5) in human resources, labor law or hotel management

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Human Resources Director, including at least 3 years in the luxury hotel industry.
  • My mastery of English; knowledge of other languages ​​is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
