Director Technical Program Management

We’re looking for a highly experienced and strategically driven Director – Technical Program Management. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can define execution strategy, lead complex technology initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the overall execution strategy for large-scale, multi-stream technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational and product priorities.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives across engineering, product, and design functions, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality outcomes.

Drive cross-functional and executive-level alignment, acting as the key coordination point between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Provide senior technical oversight by evaluating system designs, identifying risks early, and guiding teams toward effective and scalable solutions.

Build and scale program management frameworks, governance models, and delivery standards to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.

Partner with product and engineering leadership to strengthen discovery, planning, and backlog readiness for successful execution.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related senior leadership roles.

Proven experience leading large-scale, complex technology programs in fast-moving, innovation-focused environments.

Strong technical foundation (engineering background highly preferred) with the ability to engage in architectural and AI/technical discussions.

Experience operating at senior leadership level and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong ability to manage ambiguity, scale processes, and lead high-performing teams.

Solid understanding of modern AI systems and technical delivery frameworks.
