Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Technology Transformation and Architecture at Group Technology leads the development of the group's transformation roadmap and manages the Enterprise Architecture landscape. They drive tech solutions, lead a team of architects and strategists, and pioneer GEN-AI solutions.
ROLE PROFILE
- Enterprise and Solution Architecture: Establish the Enterprise and Business architecture practice, improve alignment and agility, and manage the Enterprise Architecture activities for efficient business and IT operations.
- Innovation: Stay aware of I&T trends, identify innovation opportunities, and promote the business value of EA as a strategy enabler and technology innovation driver.
- Communication: Possess outstanding communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with and influence at senior leadership levels.
- Management Skills: Exhibit excellent management skills, with the ability to handle diverse components of multiple practices, teams, and programs concurrently.
- Organizational Savvy: Display organizational and political savvy, with the ability to navigate the personalities, obstacles, and politics of the organization.
- Technology Understanding: Have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and how they can be employed to drive digital business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.
- Deep understanding of information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Technology Transformation: Provide a holistic view of the business and I&T environment, develop a roadmap to enhance digital maturity, and formulate strategies to drive the organization's digital business.
- Functional/Technical Competencies: Demonstrate experience in senior technology roles, strategic planning, program management, and Enterprise Architecture.
- 15 or more years of business experience in IT transformation, architecture or technology leadership.
- Master s or bachelor s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- Certified in Architecture Frameworks; TOGAF, FEAF, DOD, Zachman.
- Certified Program/Project Management Professional.
