Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely review and submission of all project documents in line with RTA and internal deadlines.
  • Maintain robust document management systems tailored to RTA project requirements.
  • Classify, sort, file, archive, and retrieve documents in accordance with Mott MacDonald s quality control standards and RTA protocols.
  • Register and scan all incoming technical documentation, including engineering and contractor deliverables.
  • Ensure a 24-hour turnaround time for document processing is consistently met.
  • Distribute and file all engineering, contractor, and vendor documentation per established procedures.
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure accurate tracking and storage.
  • Oversee documentation handover, close-out, and archiving processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, binding, and filing as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in document control on RTA projects or similar government infrastructure initiatives in Dubai.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in industry-standard software, including BIM and other digital platforms.
  • A proactive mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage documentation across geographically and culturally diverse teams.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, including external stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of professional and international standards relevant to infrastructure and land development projects.

Desired Candidate Profile
