Job DescriptionWSP in the Middle East is looking for a Document Controller to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards and requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing project documentation in an organized and timely manner.Ensure that all documents are accurately classified, filed, and stored using the organization s document management system (DMS).Assist in monitoring and updating document workflows to support project timelines and approvals.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper document submissions, tracking, and version control.Ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance standards, including formatting and versioning.Support audit processes by preparing and providing necessary document records when required.Participate in the improvement and implementation of document control procedures and systems.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.QualificationsUAE National (with a valid Family Book).Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.Experience in document control within the construction or engineering industry.Proficiency in document management systems and related tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Work on landmark projects around the world and embrace opportunities to make an even bigger impact in the communities you care about.
