At Atlantis, The Royal, we strive to create a destination experience that is not only unforgettable throughout each guest stay, but where amazing and everlasting memories are created!

As a Doorman you are the owner of the Porte Cochere and will drive ensure all colleagues are moving in a highly efficient and coordinator, curated manner ensuring exceptional service is delivered to all guests. You will be entrusted with greeting all guests in a professional, energetic, and courteous manner, while assisting all arrivals, departures, taxi, ride share, bus and directional needs. Though skillfully trained, your job it will be to blow away and entertain the guest. The Doorman is responsible for creating thrilling guest experiences and acts as an invaluable ambassador of Atlantis, The Royal.

The possibility to cross-train within the hotel will allow you to develop your professional and personal skills to continuously learn. Passion for customer service is the driving force for this role.

It is essential that you have previous experience in a five-star hotel, resort, or alternatively, prior work history in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or similar luxury service environment. Impeccable personal presentation, enthusiasm and grooming are essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class spa experience. A fluency in English is a must with additional languages highly desired.
