Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide punctual and safe transportation for guests to and from designated locations, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable condition of the vehicle, both inside and out, reflecting the high standards of the hospitality brand.
  • Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings, offering a welcoming and helpful first impression upon arrival and departure.
  • Plan and navigate efficient routes, utilizing real-time traffic updates to minimize travel time and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, anticipating guest needs and providing assistance with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of guests at all times.
  • Maintain a detailed log of trips, mileage, and expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping for administrative purposes.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and efficiency, providing helpful information and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of guest information, respecting their privacy and discretion in all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a hospitality or luxury service environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating an understanding of guest service principles.
  • Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
