Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate drone-based cleaning systems for facade, glass, and external surface cleaning.
Conduct pre-fight checks, risk assessments, and site inspections before operations.
Execute drone cleaning works as per approved method statements and safety procedures.
Coordinate with ground crew for water supply, chemical mixing, and area barricading.
Monitor drone performance, stability, and cleaning quality during operations.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of drones and accessories.
Ensure compliance with aviation, safety, and site regulations.
Prepare execution reports, including before-and-after documentation.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping on site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in drone operation for cleaning or industrial applications.
Proven experience in facade / glass / high-rise cleaning using drones.
Strong knowledge of drone fight controls, payload handling, and stability management.
Experience working at live sites with safety-critical operations.
Ability to follow method statements, risk assessments, and permit requirements.
Good coordination and communication skills with site teams and supervisors.
Certifcations & Licensing:
Valid UAE GCAA Drone Pilot License (mandatory).
Drone operation or industrial drone training certification (preferred).
Working at Height & HSE training is an advantage.
Physical & Work Requirements:
Physically ft and able to work in outdoor conditions.
Willing to work flexible hours based on site requirements and weather conditions.
