Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for individuals who are driven, sales-oriented, and passionate about the Dubai real estate market.

Agents will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property buying, selling, and leasing, and closing deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai

  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers or tenants

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors

  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing

  • Negotiate property deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams

  • Maintain a database of clients and property listings

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, or a similar sales role preferred

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage leads effectively

  • Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage

  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
