Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions and product information to enhance their experience and drive sales opportunities.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions, in the CRM system for comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure smooth product usage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requires proficiency in Dutch at a native or near-native level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possesses a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with relevant certifications.
