Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users
Assist in troubleshooting functional and system-related issues
Support business departments in the proper use of the ERP system
Participate in setup, testing, training, and process improvement initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners when needed
Help ensure system accuracy, continuity, and user satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or any related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience is mandatory
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Good understanding of:
- Business Central setup and daily operations
- Functional support across finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and reporting
- User support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Basic system configuration and process improvement
- Data handling, imports, and reporting tools
Ability to communicate effectively with users and understand business requirements
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Hospitality or ERP project experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Important Note: This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to grow professionally in the ERP field; however, a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central is strictly required. Applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered.
