Roles & Responsibilities

E-Invoicing Project Manager – Dubai (Onsite)

12 Month Contract | Up to 33,000 AED per month


A leading regional organisation is seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Project Manager to lead a statutory e-Invoicing implementation across UAE and Oman as part of a wider Oracle to SAP transformation programme.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on regulatory compliance, ERP integration and end-to-end implementation ownership.


⚠️ Important Requirements – Please Only Apply If:

  • You are currently based in Dubai / UAE

  • You can work 5 days per week onsite in Dubai

  • You have proven statutory e-Invoicing implementation experience

  • You have worked on government portal integration / clearance models (e.g. ZATCA Phase 2 or similar)

  • You hold a valid UAE visa and can operate as a B2B contractor




Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end e-Invoicing implementation delivery

  • Manage ERP integration (Oracle → SAP environment)

  • Coordinate government tax authority integration and compliance

  • Oversee testing, cutover and go-live activities

  • Manage stakeholders across Finance, Tax and IT teams

  • Ensure delivery aligns with UAE / Oman regulatory requirements

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering statutory e-Invoicing implementations

  • Experience with ZATCA / clearance model or similar regulatory frameworks

  • ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar)

  • Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience

  • Experience managing API / XML-based integrations is beneficial

This role requires candidates to already be based in the UAE and available for onsite work and interviews in Dubai. Remote or relocation-based applications cannot be considered.
