Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with early years best practices
- Teach foundational skills such as phonics, early numeracy, and basic science concepts
- Support children s social, emotional, and academic development
- Monitor progress, maintain records, and communicate effectively with parents
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Early Years Education or related field (required)
PGCE in Early Years (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of Early Years teaching experience
Experience working with Emirati families is an advantage
