Key Responsibilities

You will lead the development of educational products that transform how people learn and grow within our ecosystem.

Educational Product Development

Lead the full lifecycle of educational product development from concept to launch

Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and UX teams to build engaging learning experiences

Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for educational modules

Ensure alignment with pedagogical best practices and adult learning principles

Project Planning & Execution

Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation

Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Implement agile methodologies adapted for educational content development

Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, content experts, and QA

Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings

Communicate project status, roadblocks, and achievements to leadership and stakeholders

Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and educational institutions

Innovation & Research

Stay current with EdTech trends, emerging technologies, and learning science research

Propose innovative features and improvements based on user feedback and market analysis

Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation

Champion user-centered design and evidence-based learning approaches

Learning Analytics & Optimization

Define and track key performance indicators for learning outcomes and engagement

Analyze user behavior data to identify improvement opportunities

Implement A/B testing strategies for educational content optimization

Generate insights and reports to drive product decisions

Quality Assurance & Delivery

Establish quality standards for educational content and platform features

Oversee testing processes including functionality, usability, and accessibility

Manage release cycles and ensure smooth deployment of new features

Develop and maintain documentation for processes and product specifications

Requirements

We're looking for a passionate EdTech professional with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of digital learning.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Project Management, or related field

3–5 years of experience in EdTech product or project management

Proven track record of successfully delivering educational products or platforms

Experience working in agile/scrum environments

Technical Skills

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)

Understanding of LMS platforms, SCORM standards, and e-learning technologies

Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and content authoring tools

Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)

Familiarity with UX research methods and user testing practices

Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory

Knowledge of gamification mechanics and their application in learning contexts

Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) in digital learning

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Leadership skills with experience motivating cross-functional teams
