Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
•Plan, implement, and monitor all beauty training programs.
•Supervise and mentor trainers to ensure consistent teaching quality.
•Develop and upgrade curriculum aligned with industry trends and evaluate program effectiveness
•Assess training needs, deploying various training methods and staying updated on training trends
•Managing training budgets.
•Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and academic policies.
•Design trainers monthly or weekly visit to the branches, clients and vendors.
•Communicate with suppliers, brand managers, and operations on training and education materials requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology, Beauty, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in academic/training management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of beauty industry standards and certification processes.
Multilingual is a plus
