Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage electromechanical (MEP) projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Oversee maintenance and operation of electromechanical systems across multiple facilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, driving performance and continuous improvement
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize system performance
Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electromechanical/MEP projects and maintenance
At least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong experience in both project execution and facility management
Proven leadership experience managing engineers and technicians
Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
Knowledge of UAE/GCC regulations and HSE standards
Proficiency in project management tools and software
PMP certification is an advantage
