Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, including developers, architects, and building owners, to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer tailored elevator solutions, emphasizing features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the company's competitive advantages and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Possess certifications such as Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or similar is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the elevator industry.
Experience in selling elevators and related equipment is highly desirable.
The candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license and have a good command of the English language. Arabic proficiency will be an added advantage.
Sales Engineer / Sales Executive EXPERIENCE with strong knowledge of the construction and real estate industry to handle elevator sales for new construction projects and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales for existing buildings.
The role combines technical understanding of elevators with strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Technical & Commercial Activities
Study drawings, BOQs, and site conditions to propose suitable elevator solutions
Coordinate with the technical team for shaft details, specifications, and feasibility
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations
Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders
