Roles & Responsibilities
We’re building a sales team that wins work, not just quotes it. This role is for someone who knows how to open doors in the construction and lift industry, stay in front of decision-makers, and turn conversations into signed orders. You’ll be given the freedom to drive your own pipeline, backed by a team that can deliver. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Winning New Business Go out and create opportunities — whether that’s through your network, direct outreach, or being on-site where decisions are happening. Get in early on projects and position the company with consultants, contractors, and developers. Keep your pipeline active, real, and moving.
Owning the Client Relationship Build credibility with clients by understanding both the technical and commercial side of what they need. Stay close to key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Be the person clients call when they need solutions — not just prices.
Closing Deals Structure offers that are competitive but commercially sound. Lead negotiations with confidence and clarity. Push opportunities through to award — not letting deals stall or drift.
Staying Ahead of the Market Know who your competitors are, what they’re doing, and where they’re weak. Spot gaps in the market and bring ideas back to the business.
Working as One Team Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and operations to make sure what’s sold can be delivered smoothly. Keep your numbers, forecasts, and CRM activity accurate and up to date.
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience selling within elevators, escalators, or the wider construction/MEP space.
Someone commercially sharp — not just active, but effective.
Strong presence with clients; you’re comfortable in meetings and in negotiations.
Able to work independently and take ownership of results.
UAE driving license is essential.
English required; Arabic is useful but not critical.
