Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on behavioral and interpersonal issues
- Conduct employee counseling sessions when required
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in developing workplace policies related to employee well-being and conduct
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and healthy work culture
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to improve employee satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Psychology (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of human behavior, workplace psychology, and conflict resolution
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in the field of organizational psychology and/or employee relations
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Problem-solving and mediation skills
- Prior experience in employee relations, HR, or counselling is a plus
Desired Candidate Profile
