Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview:
The Executive Employee Services acts as both a client relationship partner and an HR operations point of contact, supporting clients across their employee life cycle while ensuring service excellence and compliance. You ll manage day-to-day client interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver accurate, efficient, and proactive support on all HR and employee-related matters. You ll also assist and guide junior colleagues, manage escalations, and take ownership of complex client accounts that require strong HR knowledge and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication and HR-related inquiries.
Develop a deep understanding of each client s contract, workforce structure, HR needs, and operational priorities.
Build strong, trusted relationships with client HR and management teams.
Provide scheduled reports and status updates on client portfolios, ensuring transparency and reliability.
Manage VIP or complex client accounts with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion.
Client HR Operations
Support client HR teams with day-to-day employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding,
offboarding, contract management, leave administration, and employee documentation.
Coordinate HR processes including employment contracts, payroll inputs, visa renewals,
insurance, and benefits administration.
Maintain and update employee records in line with client HR and internal compliance standards.
Advise clients on UAE labour law, visa regulations, and HR compliance in coordination with internal PRO and HR departments.
Prepare and maintain reports covering visa status, renewals, and employee movements.
Ensure service levels and timelines are met consistently for all client requests.
Internal Collaboration & Support
Collaborate with Operations, Payroll, PRO, and Accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of client deliverables.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues promptly, proposing potential solutions.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer services.
Proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
