The Employee Services Executive supports HR operations and ensures smooth employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records
- Handle HR queries and support
- Assist with payroll and leave management
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Support employee engagement initiative
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in HR or related field
2 4+ years of experience
Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
