Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Engineer is responsible for supporting and contributing to the analysis, design, and improvement of operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
The role involves assisting in workflow optimization, resource utilization, and performance monitoring while ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process optimization initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor productivity, quality, and performance indicators
- Support cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality
- Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency
- Apply industrial engineering tools such as process mapping, time studies, and lean methodologies
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- The position is open to both genders
- Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers
- Proficiency in English language
- Fresh graduate or candidates with 0 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
