Assist in maintaining and updating of DEWA project standard scheduling and reporting system to be followed by the project team which meets top management and project management needs.

Assist in integrate DEWA Project in project SAP system Projects Database: Insure / Create and maintain the projects database to ensure up todate data is available and to facilitate creation of scheduling analysis to spot trends and plan efficiently for future projects and to forecast challenges to be overcome.

Assist in preparing and following up on power outages master plan and recourse management. Ensure learn adherance lo Project mangement standard documentation and assist on Quality auditing. Coordination & Followups: Assist in the preparation of sectional/departmental MOMs and the compilation of the action plans meeting the target dates. Coordinate/ Followup / Assist all types of Trainings/ MOMs / HR/ Awards and TMS related to the section and the compilation of the action plans meeting the target dates . Internal & External communication: Assist the section/department management in delivering the internal and external instructions/circulars to the concern teams including project team,endusersand other parites .

Corporate Excellence: Continuously support the section/department in the change management implementation including gathering and analyzing of data related to all types of process /procedure changes Problem Identification and Analytical Skills Experience in Primavera planning software
