Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Map and assess all existing interfaces connected to Flexcube via IBM Integration Bus.
- Analyze Flexcube v11 v14 API changes and define required impacts on systems.
- Lead integration design, vendor coordination, and middleware development oversight.
- Manage integration testing (SIT, UAT, performance) and monitor end-to-end service flows.
- Drive go-live cut-over planning, production readiness and post-go-live stabilization.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, vendors and business teams; manage integration risks and timeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12+ years IT experience, with 8+ years in banking integration projects.
- Strong hands-on in IBM Integration Bus / IBM ACE, MQ and API frameworks.
- Familiarity with Oracle Flexcube (preferably v11 & v14) or analogous core banking platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in major core banking upgrades or transformations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced banking environments
