Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and govern enterprise-wide KPI frameworks and reporting
- Ensure consistency, quality, and maturity of performance practices
- Align internal KPIs with externally mandated performance measures
- Elevate executive-level dashboards and performance narratives
- Address data quality, automation, and reporting discipline gaps
- Engage senior leadership on performance outcomes and accountability
- Provide oversight to enterprise delivery and governance functions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Senior leadership experience at Director / equivalent level
- Proven ownership of enterprise performance management in complex environments
- Deep expertise in KPI design, governance, and executive reporting
- Credibility influencing senior leadership using data-driven insight
- Experience building structure in ambiguous or underdeveloped settings
- Strong coaching mindset with focus on developing national capability
