Key Responsibilities
Client Management and Business Development
- Support the Corporate Finance Advisory team in originating and executing equity capital market and corporate finance transactions.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in transaction execution and documentation.
- Prepare detailed marketing presentations, pitch books, investor materials, information memoranda, and term sheets.
- Develop full financial models for corporate finance transactions using methodologies such as DCF, LBO, DDM, and merger analysis.
- Evaluate business models and financial reports to support transaction recommendations.
- Assist with due diligence, compliance checks, and coordination of cross-functional reviews (legal, risk, and financial).
Policies, Systems, and Procedures
- Ensure all departmental policies and processes comply with FAB s corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Identify and recommend continuous improvements in systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Self-Management and Development
- Set and achieve annual performance goals in alignment with departmental objectives.
- Pursue professional development and training to strengthen ECM and financial advisory skills.
- Stay updated on market developments, trends, and new investment opportunities in regional and global capital markets.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline (Master s preferred).
Minimum of 2 years experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, or ECM roles within a reputable international bank or Big 4 firm.
Prior exposure to global financial markets such as London, New York, Singapore, or Hong Kong is advantageous.
Strong understanding of equity markets, transaction structures, and valuation methodologies.
Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
