We are looking for a Yardi Functional Consultant who brings strong functional knowledge and a client

centric mindset to support and enhance Yardi implementations. This role is suited for professionals

passionate about real estate technology, with the ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios, guide

users, and help clients maximize the value of Yardi’s full product suite.


Key Responsibilities

1. Functional Helpdesk Support

  • Provide daily support to business users on property management and accounting processes.

  • Resolve functional queries related to:

o Lease setup and amendments

o Rent charges and collections

o Receipting and adjustments

o Service charges

o Vendor invoices and payments

o Bank reconciliation

o Financial reporting

  • Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.

Escalate technical issues to technical teams when required.

2. Property Management Accounting Support

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Assist users with GL postings, AR/AP transactions, and reconciliation processes.

  • Ensure proper mapping between operational transactions and accounting impact.

  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements aligned with best practices.

3. User Interaction & Communication

  • Conduct calls and meetings with Arabic-speaking business users.

  • Translate business requirements into functional system solutions.

  • Provide user training and walkthrough sessions when required.

  • Prepare simple user guides and SOP documentation.


  1. Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Analyse client workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.

  • Document functional issues, resolutions, and recurring problem patterns.

  • Support system testing during minor enhancements or patches.

Desired Candidate Profile

Apply only if based in the UAE and fluent in both Arabic and English language.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in:

o Property Management Accounting

o Real Estate ERP systems

o Helpdesk / Functional Support roles

  • Strong understanding of:

o Lease lifecycle

o Revenue recognition

o Service charge accounting

o Receivables and Payables

o Bank reconciliation

o Financial statements


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Yardi (Voyager preferred) – functional knowledge is a plus.

  • Experience supporting ERP systems in real estate.

  • Knowledge of UAE real estate practices and accounting regulations.

  • Experience in SLA-driven support environments.


Language Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) – both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication skills in English.
