Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support for ERP system users across different business units.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.
Assist in ERP implementations, upgrades, and system configurations to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain ERP user documentation, training materials, and best practices.
Work closely with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure ERP alignment with business needs.
Monitor ERP system performance, security, and data integrity, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve ERP adoption and proficiency.
Collaborate with ERP vendors and third-party support teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
Participate in system testing, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on ERP trends and emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
br>Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP support, administration, or a similar role, ideally with NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and business processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting, system configurations, and user support.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
br>Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of ERP security, workflows, and integrations.
- Certification in ERP systems or ITIL service management.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
