Estimation & Proposal Engineer MENA HR Solutions LLC

1. Review and analyze request for proposals (RFPs), request for quotations (RFQs), Invitation to tender (ITT) and other client requirements.

2. Preparation of detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and other resources related expenses.

3. Interpret and analyze tender documents, project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.

4. Develop and prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs.

5. Collaborate with the engineering, sales, and project management teams to gather necessary information for proposals.

6. Maintain and update cost and vendor databases.

7. Prepare the required BOQ from the tender documents.

8. Ensure all proposals meet client specifications, industry standards, and company policies.

9. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential challenges in project proposals.

10. Maintain a repository of proposal templates, past proposals, and relevant documentation.

11. Present proposals to clients and participate in client negotiations as needed.

12. Continuously improve the proposal process by integrating feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.

13. Collaborate with the estimation team to understand project scope and requirements.

14. Conduct site visits to gather relevant information for accurate estimations when necessary.

15. Assist in identifying and evaluating potential risks and uncertainties in project estimates.

16. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information.

17. Contribute to post-tender reviews, clarifications and project handovers to ensure smooth transition from estimation to execution.

18. Assist and support for technical bid evaluation of various bidders.

19. All the required documentation for tender submission.

20. Create and float RFQ for various products and services.

21. Follow up with the vendor for the offer.
