Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for advertising and production projects

  • Analyze project requirements for signage, carpentry, acrylic works, printing, vinyl, and fit-out

  • Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns

  • Coordinate with production, fabrication, installation, and procurement teams

  • Calculate material, labor, machine, and installation costs

  • Evaluate drawings, specifications, site conditions, and client requirements

  • Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors

  • Maintain cost databases, pricing sheets, and estimation records

  • Support sales and project teams with technical and commercial inputs

Ensure estimates meet profit margins and company standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in an advertising / signage / production company

  • Strong knowledge of signage systems, carpentry works, acrylic fabrication, printing, vinyl branding, and installation processes

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and design layouts

  • Proficiency in Excel and estimation tools

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills


  • Experience in Gulf countries is highly preferred


  • Knowledge of project costing, value engineering, and budgeting


  • Familiarity with market rates for materials and subcontracting


  • Preferred Qualifications:

Engineering / Technical Diploma or relevant qualification
