Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for telecom and ELV projects based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

  • Analyze tender documents and identify scope, risks, and cost factors.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.

  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost comparisons.

  • Maintain updated cost databases and historical project data.

  • Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies.

  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams during estimation and execution stages

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Telecommunications / Electrical or related field).

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in telecom estimation within Saudi Arabia.

  • Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure (Fiber Optics, OSP/ISP, Structured Cabling, ELV systems).

  • Experience in tendering and cost estimation for telecom projects.

  • Familiarity with Saudi telecom standards and authority requirements.

  • Bilingual (English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/tools.

Visa Requirements:

Transferable Iqama preferred.
