Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and maintain the CEO s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Track and follow up on key deliverables across departments.
Coordinate CEO s priorities and strategic initiatives.
2. Meeting & Communication Coordination
Schedule and organize executive meetings.
Prepare agendas, briefings, and minutes.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up of action items.
Facilitate communication between CEO and senior management.
Support preparation of Board and Committee materials.
3. Confidential Administration
Handle sensitive documents with absolute discretion.
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
Monitor correspondence requiring CEO review or approval.
4. Travel & Logistics Management
Coordinate travel itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
Handle reconciliation and submission of travel expenses.
5. Strategic & Operational Support
Support project monitoring and reporting.
Assist with research, data collection, and analysis.
Prepare talking points, executive summaries, and communications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience of working for the FMCG Industry
5 7 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
Specific Knowledge
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
Ability to handle confidential matters independently
