Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including internal and external meetings, travel, and events.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate international and regional travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, bookings, and expense management.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely execution.
Support preparation for board meetings, leadership reviews, and key internal/external engagements.
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive.
Ensure smooth office operations, including handling approvals, documentation, and workflow related to the Executive s remit.
Build strong relationships across senior leadership teams and external partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives, ideally within large, multinational, or diversified organisations.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and handle confidential matters with maturity.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, polished demeanour.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
