Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics and events.

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.

  • Draft, review, and translate official correspondence, reports, and communications in Arabic and English.

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring smooth information flow.

  • Handle confidential information and documents with discretion and accuracy.

  • Support in the preparation of board and executive reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

  • Coordinate visits, official delegations, and protocol arrangements for high-level guests.

  • Manage and monitor the CEO s office expenses, reimbursements, and administrative tasks.

  • Anticipate the CEO s needs and proactively address issues before they arise.



Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • 1-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives (C-Level).

  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).

  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.


Desired Candidate Profile
