Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations on a daily basis.

  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of authentic Lebanese dishes with consistent quality and taste.

  • Develop and update the restaurant menu while maintaining traditional Lebanese standards.

  • Manage food costing, portion control, and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Supervise, train, and guide the kitchen team.

  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.

  • Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for purchasing ingredients.

  • Control food waste and maintain efficient kitchen operations.

  • Work closely with management to maintain high operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in Lebanese restaurants.

Solid knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations, and menu planning.

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Must be based currently in Saudi Arabia.
