Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Executive Director - Delivery, you will oversee all phases of project execution, employing innovative strategies to optimize performance and deliver exceptional results. Your expertise will guide teams through challenges, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project delivery function, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects consistent with Qiddiya's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that include engagement with key stakeholders and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Direct the performance of multi-disciplinary teams, promoting a culture of accountability and high standards of project management.
- Conduct regular assessments of project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to manage risks and resolve issues.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization and externally to maintain strong partnerships and facilitate collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintain quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide oversight and mentorship to project managers and teams, enhancing their skills and ensuring professional growth.
- Prepare and present project updates and strategic insights to executive management, driving informed decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master s degree is highly desirable.
- 20+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale project delivery within fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience in leading teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Thorough knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate challenges effectively.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
