Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end HR operations for technicians from onboarding to exit
Handle attendance, leave, absenteeism tracking, and HRMS updates (PeopleStrong)
Prepare daily labour reports, weekly absenteeism, and monthly HR reports
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance validation, and approvals within timelines
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and documentation
Manage full & final settlements, exits, visa cancellation, and insurance updates
Maintain personnel files, biometric records, and passport release processes
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
Desired Candidate Profile
achelor’s degree in any discipline (HR qualification preferred)
3–5 years of HR operations experience (manufacturing/construction preferred)
Strong experience in attendance, payroll inputs, technician handling
Working knowledge of UAE visa processes and labour laws
Proficient in MS Office (Excel mandatory); HRMS experience required
Detail‑oriented, strong follow‑up skills, and good employee‑handling ability
Willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah
